Why Telemedicine?

In the event your resident is in need of provider attention and your provider is not on-site, the telemedicine option is available and a wonderful resource. The virtual visit will allow our providers to investigate the issue and consider the diagnosis. Use of Telemedicine is also highly encouraged if your resident has Covid-19 and you want to temporarily limit patient’s interaction with providers.

When Will The Visit Be Scheduled?

As soon as possible. We work with all of our providers in ensuring priority telemedicine visits are scheduled appropriately and quickly.

Follow Up:

If a biopsy or sample is needed for official diagnosis your provider will ensure your resident is scheduled for an in-person follow up. If the diagnosis is made during the telemedicine call a prescription (if needed) will be requested for the patient.
